Dornoch Distilled is a 5-year-old single malt whisky from Scotland's Highlands region. Bottled at 57.5% ABV, it has been matured in two ex-Islay quarter casks, imparting subtle coastal notes and smokiness to the spirit. With its rich, full-bodied character, Dornoch Distilled is a whisky that rewards patient sippers with complex flavors of heather honey, vanilla, and fruitcake. This limited release is one of only 513 bottles drawn from the distillery's first batch.
