The 2021 release of East London Liquor Company’s collaboration with Sonoma Distilling Co is a combination of London Rye Whisky and California Bourbon made with American corn, rye and wheat. Aromas of brandy-soaked cherries, peanut butter, chocolate, ice tea, apricots and cinnamon fill the nose, complemented by notes of fresh grass, honeysuckle, sweetcorn, leather and peanut butter throughout the palate.
