A 2000-vintage Edradour single malt from that was finished in ex-oloroso sherry casks and bottled in 2022. Aromas of sugared-almonds, honey, apricot, apple, vanilla and heather fill the nose, complemented by notes of dates, marzipan, oranges, caramelised apples and oak throughout the palate.
