The Fascadale series is brought by Adelphi and this particular release sees whisky taken from selected casks from the Highland Park distillery. The liquid was matured in refill oloroso sherry casks, offering lovely notes of lychee, peach cobbler and buttery sweetcorn. A perfect balance between the sherry flavours and the spirits character.
