Fettercairn 2016 Warehouse 14 Batch #1

Fettercairn Distillery, one of Scotland's oldest licensed distilleries, dates back to 1825. The distillery produces its own range of single malts, in addition to being the heart of many Whyte & Mackay blends. Fettercairn's traditional setup, featuring an open-topped mash tun and small stills, yields a firm and heavy spirit with nutty characteristics. This style is accentuated by the use of stainless steel condensers from 1995-2009, adding a slightly burnt, pot ale character to the new make.
