FEW Spirits hails from Evanston in the US, a city that suffered Prohibition for over 100 years. This is their three-grain bourbon, combining the legally required corn majority with spicy rye and a bit of malt. The nose reveals cloves, vanilla and caramel forming a rich and spicy aroma. The palate has a sweet character, with notes of toffee and caramel, plus spicy notes of cardamom and cloves.
