Crafted with 100% homegrown barley cultivated on family farmland dating back to 1945, this 46% ABV whisky embodies a true ‘field to bottle’ philosophy. Matured in both virgin oak and bourbon casks, it delivers a rich and complex flavour profile—expect notes of sweet vanilla alongside the distinctive character imparted by the Yorkshire oak. This 70cl bottle is one of a limited release of 2000, showcasing the dedication and heritage of Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery.
