The second-batch of Filey Bay’s award-winning Moscatel finish Yorkshire single malt was initially matured in ex-bourbon casks before being finished in Moscatel sherry casks from Spain. The palate offers notes of raisin, orange, honeysuckle, vanilla, caramel apples and spicy white pepper that linger in the finish.
