Located in the heart of Yorkshire, this Single Malt whisky is crafted from 100% homegrown barley, grown on Tom Mellor's family farm at Hunmanby Grange. Commissioned in 2016, Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery embodies the 'field to bottle' ethos, showcasing the best of Yorkshire's terroir. The Moscatel cask finish imparts a sweet and fruity character to this whisky, with notes of dried fruits and spices, complementing its rich, full-bodied flavour profile.
