Filey Bay Peated Finish Single Malt Batch 2

The second batch of Filey Bay Peated Finish Yorkshire single malt was initially matured in first-fill bourbon casks and finished in ex-peated whisky casks. Aromas of caramel, driftwood, vanilla, apples and soft smoke fill the nose, complemented by notes of orange, lemon, damp peat, herbal smoke, toffee and sea salt throughout the palate.
