Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery's Port Finish Batch No: 1 is a single malt whisky with a rich heritage. Distilled on two separate locations in Yorkshire, this expression boasts a 'field to bottle' production process using 100% homegrown barley from Hunmanby Grange, where the team has been farming since 1945. Finished in port casks after an initial bourbon maturation, this whisky showcases a complex balance of flavors, with notes of fruit and spice on the palate and a smooth, velvety texture. Aged at 46% ABV, this expression is bottled at 70cl.
