A smooth, spicy triple distilled Irish single malt from Gelston’s matured in first-fill ex-bourbon casks. Aromas of savoury spice, chocolate-covered hazelnuts and floral malt fill the nose. The palate offers notes of oak spice, vanilla, cassia, burnt caramel and roast nuts, developing hints of marshmallow and honey that linger in the finish.
