Girvan 14 Year Old GreatDrams 2007

From the GreatDrams Rare Cask Series comes this single grain Scotch, distilled at Girvan in June 2007 and bottled in December 2021. The liquid spent 11 years in a first-fill bourbon cask and was finished in an Oloroso sherry cask for the final 30 months of its maturation. Expect plenty of dried fruits, figs, raisins and a lovely buttery texture.
