Fable Chapter 11: Ghost is a 2010 Glen Spey single malt that was matured for 11 years in single hogshead, before being bottled in 2021. Aromas of smoky vanilla, overripe pears and blackcurrants fill the nose, complemented by notes of sweet pears, tart pineapple, lemon oil, sea salt and black pepper spice throughout the palate.
