Glenallachie – 13 Year Old (2006) Single Cask #6601 (Spirit of Speyside Whisky Festival 2020)

Distilled in 2006 at the Glenallachie Distillery, this 13-year-old single cask whisky was matured to perfection and bottled in March 2020 for the Spirit of Speyside Whisky Festival. Finished in a Pedro Ximénez (PX) hogshead, it offers a rich and intensely fruity character typical of Speyside whiskies. Expect a palate brimming with dark fruit notes – raisins and figs – alongside hints of spice and oak, culminating in a long, sweet finish. This expression represents a limited release of just 332 bottles, showcasing the artistry of Glenallachie’s maturation process.
