Initially matured in Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso sherry casks, imparting rich dried fruit and spice, it uniquely finishes in rare Mizunara virgin oak from Japan. This finishing process introduces subtle sandalwood and exotic spice notes, complementing the Speyside malt’s inherent character.
