Our Glenallachie Whisky is a rich and complex spirit, born from the rolling hills of Speyside in Scotland. Distilled on March 17th, 2006, this whisky was matured for 15 years in a single Oloroso Sherry Butt (Cask Number: 3292) before being bottled at a cask strength of 59.4% ABV in February 2022. The use of fresh spring and snow water from Ben Rinnes, combined with peated malts, creates a deep and full-bodied flavour profile with hints of sherry sweetness and subtle smokiness. This Glenallachie is a true example of the art of whisky-making at its finest.
