GlenAllachie 8 Year Old

Founded in 1967, GlenAllachi is a relatively young Speyside distillery which was built specifically to produce malt for blended whisky. This 8-year-old expression is the latest to join their core range. It has a complex ageing process using a combination of Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry puncheons along with a small quantity of Virgin oak casks and red wine barriques. A spicy and sweet dram with a plethora of flavours.
