Glendronach – 21 Year Old – Parliament 2023

Distilled in 2011 at the Glendronach Distillery, this 21-year-old single malt pays homage to the local rookery known as Parliament, observed near the distillery’s grounds. Matured exclusively in a harmonious blend of Oloroso and sweet Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, the whisky develops a rich and deeply fruity character. Expect a palate brimming with dark fruit notes – raisins and plums – alongside hints of spice and chocolate. The long maturation imparts a luxurious smoothness and a lingering, sherry-sweet finish, representative of Glendronach’s signature style.
