Glengoyne whisky is a smooth and approachable single malt from the Highland/Lowland border, with a rich history dating back to 1833. Mellowed by its unique aging process in Lowland warehouses without any peat influence, this 10-year-old expression exhibits subtle hints of vanilla, oak, and dried fruits, carefully balanced against a velvety smoothness. Matured in Oloroso sherry casks selected from Spanish forests where the wood is air-dried for two years before use, Glengoyne's slow distillation process preserves its delicate character.
