Glengoyne's 10 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky is a product of Scotland's Highland/Lowland border, with its rich, complex flavors shaped by the distillery's unique slow distillation process. Unusually for a Scottish whisky, Glengoyne eschews peat in favour of a more subtle approach, allowing the nuances of its carefully selected sherry casks to shine through. Matured in traditional Spanish oak, these casks are seasoned with Oloroso sherry that has been air-dried for two years before being used to age the whisky, imparting a deep, velvety texture and a sweet, mellow taste.
