A fabulous whisky from the Pocketful of Stones folks! The team begins by brewing up a top-notch craft beer, which is then distilled in their beloved copper pot still named Jackson. The whisky is aged in oak barrels, near St Michael’s Mount on the wild Cornish coast before bottling. A fantastic sipper, should be great for cocktails too!
