A blend of two different rye whiskies from Utah based distiller and bottler High West. Aged in new American oak barrels and bottled at 46% ABV, the nose is lifted with notes of mint, clove, cinnamon, licorice root, pine nuts, and dark chocolate. The palate brings big rye spiciness along with herbal notes like mint, menthol and eucalyptus before a sweet and spicy finish with a note of anise.
