From the most northerly distillery in Scotland, Highland Park 15 Year Old embodies the fiery spirit of Norse legend. Crafted on Orkney, where the distillery has stood since 1798, this single malt utilizes barley smoked with ancient peat from the nearby Hobbister Moor. Matured in refill Port casks and bottled at 45.2% ABV, it delivers a warming character with notes of heather honey, rich fruit, and a subtle smoky finish. This expression, representing the realm of Muspelheim, offers a taste of the wild, untamed landscapes from which it originates.
