Highland Park remains Scotland's most northerly distillery, founded in 1798 by local farmer David Robertson on the site of an illicit still operated by Magnus Eunson. Characterised by its heathery sweetness imparted by Orcadian peat during malting, and richened by maturation in oak casks seasoned with Spanish Rioja wine and first-fill bourbon casks, this single malt whisky boasts a distinctively full-bodied profile. With 16 years of aging, it has developed a complex character that is both rich and refined. Bottled at 46.7% ABV, this expression showcases the very best of Highland Park's traditional style.
