Distilled at Highland Park in 1990 and matured in Oloroso sherry seasoned cask as well as bourbon cask this 19-year-old whisky is a very rare collectible and is the first of the three bottles in “The Dragon” serie. This private bottling takes its name from the 12th century carving by Norse Crusaders. Bottled at 54,9% ABV the drink acquired a deep gold colour and is pleasantly surprising with rich and creamy body with hints of honeycomb sweetness and mangos alongside the subtle smoke notes.
