Highland Park remains the most northerly whisky distillery in Scotland, situated on the island of Orkney where Magnus Eunson once operated an illicit still in 1798. Characterised by its heathery sweetness imparted from Orcadian peat and rich sherry cask influence, Highland Park's distinctive style is renowned for its depth and complexity. This expression pays tribute to the distillery's past, utilising twice as many first fill sherry casks as the classic 12 year old, resulting in a naturally darker, richer flavour profile. Bottled at 46.8% ABV, this whisky showcases the distillery's award-winning craftsmanship.
