Highland Park Triskelion Special Edition

Highland Park is one of Scotland's most northerly whisky distilleries, situated on the island of Orkney, just a stone's throw from Scapa Distillery. Founded in 1798 by David Robertson, Highland Park has been renowned for its exceptional single malts since its introduction in the late 1970s. Its characteristic style is shaped by the use of Sherry casks and the distinct Orcadian peat used during malting, imparting a heathery sweetness to the spirit. This whisky has been matured in First Fill Spanish Oak Butts and Bourbon Barrels, resulting in a rich and complex flavour profile.
