Highland Park is a rich and complex single malt whisky from the Orkney Islands in Scotland, known for its distinctive heathery sweetness imparted by Orcadian peat during malting. Matured in Sherry casks, this whisky showcases Highland Park's characteristic style with a deep and velvety texture. As part of the "Viking Legend" series, this expression is named after the noble Valkyries, who chose fallen warriors for Odin's army. With an ABV of 45.9%, this 70cl bottle offers a rich and satisfying taste experience, crafted in partnership with Jim Lyngvild.
