This whisky, born from Edinburgh's brewing heritage, presents itself with a distinctive design that pays homage to the city's glassworks history. Matured in a diverse range of casks, including Oloroso Butts, Pedro Ximenez Hogsheads, Bourbon Barrels, and Rum Barriques, this 3-year-old whisky showcases a rich tapestry of flavors. Bottled at 46.1% ABV, it is one of only 8188 bottles released from the distillery, which first started distilling in 2019. The result is a complex and full-bodied whisky with a deep amber hue and a nose that hints at dark fruit, spices, and toasted wood.
