Founded in 2014, Hyde is co-owned by brothers Conor and Alan Hyde, whose family has been involved in whiskey production in Ireland since the 1640. No.9 Iberian Cask is a limited-edition single malt which was finished for up to 6 months in Tawny Port casks from the Douro Valley, imparting beautiful notes of dried fruits, vanilla and spices.
