Hailing from the Highlands, Invergordon 37 Years Old is a unique whisky, to put it mildly – one can rarely have a taste of single grain distilled almost half a century ago! The taste is sweet and fruity with slight undertones of vanilla, coconut, pencil shavings, and sawdust. The taste is full of bitter wood which is offset by the sweetness from honey and exotic fruits coupled with floral and spicy notes. The finish is medium-long and may surprise you with marzipan and marshmallow aftertaste. Overall, Invergordon 37 Years Old is a must-have for both collectors, connoisseurs, and newcomers – a very interesting and high-quality dram!
