The Isle of Harris distillery's inaugural single malt whisky, The Hearach, is born from a collaboration with Chateau Biac in Bordeaux. Crafted using eight different batches released over time, each one showcases a subtle variation on the same recipe. Aged in French oak barrels that previously held Chateau Biac's highly prized Secret de Chateau Biac sweet white wine, this 70cl bottle boasts an ABV of 50%. This whisky proudly carries the cask number CB 00001 and is bottled at 24 years of age.
