Distilled in the oldest distillery in the United States what makes this whiskey special is its double filtration over charcoal once before maturation and once after maturation, resulting in an extremely smooth spirit. The aromas of cinnamon, vanilla, apple and oak, the palate is a combination of vanilla rich, raisin, pepper and honey with a short finish of corn, cinnamon, pepper and oak.
