Jim Bean was founded by James Beam in early 1795, In 1935 the family established the James B Beam distilling company and were producing quality Bourbon in Clermont, Kentucky and in 2014 Suntory acquired James B Beam and changed its name to ‘Beam Suntory’ as we know it today. It is the third largest spirits producer in the world. This bottle released in 1995 is to mark Jim Beans Bicentenary since its founding. Once opened the aromas of vanilla, open meadows, and cereals meet your nose, the palate is peppery, vanilla, and toasted oak with a short finish of oak, pepper and caramel.
