A 2008 Jura single malt from independent bottler Hunter Laing that was matured in a single sherry butt for 13 years, before being bottled in February 2022 as part of its Old Malt Cask series. Aromas of lemon curd, fudge and rich earth fill the nose, complemented by notes of stewed pears, pickled ginger, oak shavings and sweet vanilla throughout the palate.
