Hailing from the Isle of Jura, this 21 Year Old whisky is a testament to the distillery's rich history and commitment to tradition. Matured in a 1963 cask previously used for Gonzalez Byass Oloroso sherry, it showcases complex flavours of dark chocolate, dried fruits, and subtle oak notes. The whisky's smooth, full-bodied character is balanced by hints of spice and vanilla, making it a truly exceptional expression of the island's distinct terroir. With an ABV of 44%, this limited edition release celebrates two centuries of distilling on the Isle of Jura.
