Kilchoman, Islay’s newest distillery – yet rooted in the island’s ancient distilling traditions dating back to the 1300s – presents its 10th Edition 100% Islay, a testament to their farm-to-bottle philosophy. This 9-year-old whisky is entirely produced on Islay, from the floor-malted barley to maturation and bottling, showcasing the spirit of the island in every drop. Matured in a combination of bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks from harvests of 2007, 2009, and 2010, it delivers a rich and complex character.
