Kilchoman Whisky from Islay, Scotland, is renowned for its innovative approach to maturation, using high-quality casks to achieve an exceptional aged flavour at a relatively young age. Distilled on 28th May 2010 and matured in a Sherry Butt (cask number 278) until bottling on the same day in 2019, this whisky boasts an ABV of 57.8%.
