A limited edition release by Knob Creek released to celebrate Master Distiller Booker Noe passing the baton to his son Fred. Aged four fourteen years, five years longer than the standard Knob Creek. Batch Two offers more fruit and a little more elegance than either Batch One or Batch Three in this series. Notes of forest fruit and bitter chocolate mingle with the oaky vanilla before a lingering finish with a note of woody spice.
