A limited edition release by Knob Creek released to celebrate Master Distiller Booker Noe passing the baton to his son Fred. Aged four fourteen years, five years longer than the standard Knob Creek. Batch Three offers notes of vanilla custard, caramel and a hint of toasted nuts on the nose while the palate brings a faint hint of ripe fruit before a dry, warming finsih. A great upgrade on the standard Knob Creek which gains complexity from the extended ageing.
