Hailing from Lagg Distillery on Scotland's Isle of Arran, this whisky embodies the distillery's experimental approach. Made with barley boasting a 50ppm phenol content and matured in both bourbon casks and ex-Oloroso Sherry casks, it presents an intense fruitiness. With its complex character developed through a combination of traditional techniques and scientific investigation, this dram showcases the innovative spirit of Lagg Distillery. Bottled at 50% ABV, one of only 10,000 bottles were released in 2022, preserving the authenticity of this limited release from Scotland's south coast.
