Hailing from the renowned Laphroaig distillery on Islay's south coast, this whisky is born from a rich history dating back to 1815 when two brothers founded the operation. Characterized by its intense peaty, smoky, and rich flavours, Laphroaig is known for being an acquired taste due to its bold profile. This particular expression was crafted using a combination of bourbon and fino sherry casks, resulting in a complex and full-bodied whisky with an ABV of 51.8%.
