Lochlea Distillery's inaugural release is a tribute to Robert Burns, with spirit produced from barley grown in the same fields once worked by the illustrious poet. This elegant and fruity whisky, crafted under the guidance of ex-Laphroaig distillery manager John Campbell, showcases Lochlea's progressive approach to whisky-making. Bottled at cask strength (60.1% ABV) in 2023, this expression combines spirit matured in first-fill Bourbon Barrels and Oloroso Sherry Casks for a rich and complex flavour profile.
