Lochlea Whisky is a Scottish single malt distilled in 2018 by independent distillery Lochlea, founded on a family-owned barley farm in Ayrshire. The whisky is crafted with expertise from John Campbell, ex-Laphroaig distillery manager, and showcases an elegant and fruity spirit profile. Matured in first-fill Oloroso Sherry casks, this expression boasts 46% ABV and a rich, complex character. As the inaugural release of Lochlea Whisky, this bottling pays homage to the literary legacy of Robert Burns, who once farmed the very land that grows the barley for this whisky.
