Lochlea Sowing Edition: Second Crop

Lochlea Distillery, nestled in South Ayrshire, Scotland, has been crafting elegant and fruity whisky since 2018 under the guidance of ex-Laphroaig distillery manager John Campbell. The distillery's history is deeply rooted in its barley fields, once worked by the famous poet Robert Burns as a tenant farmer. Our Sowing Edition: Second Crop features whisky matured in 1st fill bourbon barrels from higher up in their warehouse than previous years, showcasing Lochlea's commitment to innovative small-batch whiskies. This whisky boasts a rich and full-bodied flavour profile with notes of vanilla, oak, and a hint of fruitiness.
