`Low Gap are a Californian distillery producing a range of aged and unaged American whiskies on their very own antique copper potstill sourced from the Cognac-producing region of France. Batches are tiny, often less than 1,000 bottles, but the quality is extremely high. This unaged whisky shows just how much complexity it is possile to achieve without the use of oak barrels.
