Matured in Oloroso and Fino Sherry seasoned casks for at least 12 years this single malt is very mild and gentle. It hits the nose immediately with delicate fruit notes and some chocolate hints, followed by a light palate of oranges, black tea and oak. For the best experience it is advised to enjoy the drink with some ice as it opens up the flavour and adds some banana and coconut notes.
