This Macallan Edition No2 is a unique whisky that showcases the distillery's willingness to push boundaries in its craft. Created in collaboration with renowned Spanish chefs Joan, Josep, and Jordi Roca of El Cellar De Can Roca, this expression is a fusion of seven carefully selected cask types, reflecting the distinct personalities of those involved. The result is a complex whisky with a rich character that embodies the distillery's Six Pillars: curiously small stills, narrow cut of new make spirit, and exceptional cask management. With its blend of European and American Oak Sherry Casks, this Macallan Edition No2 has an ABV of 48.2% and is bottled at 70cl.
