The Macallan distillery, founded in 1824 by Alexander Reid, prides itself on its Six Pillars, including curiously small stills and exceptional cask management. Our Harmony Collection Intense Arabica whisky draws inspiration from the Ethiopian Arabica bean, which was the first species of coffee to be cultivated. This expression is matured in Sherry Seasoned Oak Casks, imparting a rich, complex flavor profile with notes of dried fruit and subtle spices.
