Master Whisky Maker Polly Logan drew influence from the renowned chef Jordi Roca, translating the complex flavors of cacao into a rich and inviting spirit. Matured exclusively in sherry seasoned oak casks, this 44% ABV expression delivers a harmonious balance of sweet spice, dark chocolate notes, and a lingering warmth.
